How Many SoftWave Sessions Will You Need?
Our usual plan is 6 to 8 sessions over about 6 to 8 weeks. Each visit takes about 20 minutes, with about 10 to 15 minutes of treatment.
Here is our position: any clinic that quotes you a session count before it has looked at you is guessing. We set your number after a $49 mapping, not before.

How many SoftWave sessions do most people need?
Most of our plans land at 6 to 8 visits, spread over about 6 to 8 weeks. That is roughly one visit a week, sometimes two early on. Most plans are once a week. If the problem is very acute, visits may be closer together.
Why spread them out? Your body does the repair work between visits. SoftWave gives the signal. The days in between are when tissue rebuilds.
What changes how many sessions I need?
A few things push the number up or down:
- How long it has hurt. A sore knee from last month is different from a knee that has ached since 2019.
- How many spots are involved. One sore tendon is simpler than a hip, low back and knee all talking at once.
- What you do between visits. A roofer back on ladders the next day has a harder road than someone who can rest.
- Your health. Things like diabetes can slow healing.
- How you respond. Some people change fast. Some are slow. We watch and adjust.

Will I feel better after the first session?
Maybe. Some people notice they move a little easier right away. Others feel no change until later in the plan.
Our own doctor is one example. Dr. Lee Angle tried SoftWave on an old powerlifting shoulder injury. What happens if I need more sessions?
We check how you are doing as you go. Partway through, we look at what has changed. Can you climb the stairs at the Edison and Ford Estates without stopping? Can you sleep through the night?
If you are getting better but are not there yet, we may suggest a few more visits. If nothing has changed, we tell you that, too. We do not want you paying for visits that are not working.
How long does each SoftWave session take?
