The free pain check
The pain and quality of life check runs inside your own browser. The spots you tap, the things you pick and your score are never sent to us or to anyone else. When you close or reload the page, your answers are gone.
Things other companies can see
The text on this site uses fonts from Google Fonts. To show them, your browser asks Google's servers for the font files, so Google can see your IP address and that you visited a page that uses its fonts. You can read Google's privacy policy.
Like every website, ours is stored on a server run by a hosting company. That company keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, the page you asked for and the time. Our host is Cherry Picker Web Co.
Some links go to other sites, such as Google reviews, Facebook or Google Maps. Those sites have their own privacy rules.
When you call, text or email us
If you call 239.243.8810 or email uchcfortmyers@gmail.com, we get your phone number or email address and what you tell us. We use it only to answer you and to book your visit. Once you are a patient, your health records are kept private under the federal HIPAA law.
